The MIS book is extremely helpful and contains a lot of information. Bidgoli is extremely knowledgeable on the subjects inside and gives helpful examples throughout the book. Not only did I learn a lot reading in this book, the online program (MindTap) that comes with the book is great. It is super user friendly and it helped with my grade in the class tremendously. This online program has PowerPoints, Flash cards, and other useful things. It’s a great purchase and I highly recommend it because of the information this book has!

MIS 6 is a great tool in explaining technology affecting businesses and beyond. I've read reviews of people who are turned off by the references to other chapters, I find it easier to gain access to more information. The chapters are laid out for easy reading. As a college student I appreciate a text that will give me the info I need with the least amount of fluff in the way. Using the online text along with the tear out study sheets provided in the back of the book have been great tools the help me study and succeed. I highly recommend this text and MIS 7 which will provide even more relevant information on modern technology.

A well written book on setting up Certificate Authorities and Public Key Infrastructure on Windows Server 2008. I would like it if the author wrote an updated version for Windows 2012, but it still covers all I need to know to setup and manage a PKI.

This is the best - well organized and well written. Very comprehensive discussion of PKI and specifically Microsoft PKI

This is one of the best technical (PKI or non PKI) books I layed my hands on1- it is straight to the point, no sales kind of talk2- it is very practical, you can apply almost verything in it, from troubleshooting, to upgrading etc.3- it is very detailed (in PKI, details do matter)4- it is comprehensiveI hope this helps-Zaid A.

Super informative book on windows pki and adcs. this does a really nice walkthrough for doing a certificate server setup.

I got this book after meeting Brian. He does a great job of explaining PKI and how to implement it in a windows 2003 environment. If you want to know PKI this is the book to get.

It is a good book, very helpful. I don't think you can implement this any other way other than getting this book. Google fails, book wins.Watch typo on page 134-135. They have Period and Unit parameters reversed in this section.

A nice follow up from the Windwos 2003 version. A must read for those planning to upgrade those security servers...
